To open the garage door, I had to push it manually to open the door. I call and they had a technician out within an hour. During the initial consultation, he advice me to replace the unit and did not charge for the service call. I ordered a new unit and the team installed within an hour of schedule appointment. They were friendly and very professional, ensure everything is explained and job is completed. I definitely will recommend this company to anyone.
